Cincy Flat Fee was easily the best $1,500 I’ve ever spent! You provide ALL the same services of the traditional agency – although you do it better – and I saved a fortune!
The process is exactly the same as using a “traditional” realtor, but the benefit here is that you can save thousands of dollars. Julia was in our corner for every step of the way always having our best interest in mind. If we were staying local, we would use her for all of our reality needs.
Our family will forever be thankful that through a random internet search we found such a great real estate agent who I would recommend to anyone. Prior to this , I had never heard of Cincy Flat Fee, but I will never use another service if I am ever in the market again. I will be a customer for life.
Cincy Flat Fee is just as good if not better than a traditional agent. It was unbelievable personal listing service. They walked us through any house we wanted and helped negotiate to get the house of our dreams! I would highly recommend them to anyone, the value was incredible for the same service you would get with a traditional agent!
