TRADITIONAL REALTORS AT AN HONEST PRICE
Cincy Flat Fee, LLC is a full service real estate brokerage. Our agents are traditional REALTORS without exception. We offer the highest level of professional service available today to help you buy and sell your home. Our Realtors will work with you through every step of the process.
Due to our attractive pricing people often ask – what services aren’t included? The answer is none. The better question is – what additional services are the other companies providing to justify their higher price? That answer is also none. They simply charge more, that’s it.
What are the different types of REALTOR services?
FULL SERVICE – these are traditional REALTORS. This is the service we offer. Other full service agencies might include Coldwell Banker, Sibcy Cline, ReMax, Huff, Comey and Shepherd, EXP, any many more.
LIMITED SERVICE – this is a REALTOR or agent that performs a lessor or limited amount of service. The options, or degree of service, varies with limited service agents. In general, a limited service agent is not very involved and may not even visit the property. Usually the Seller is responsible for showing the home, pricing the home, negotiating counteroffers, and sometimes even completing the paperwork. Limited Service is often an agent who assists a For Sale By Owner sale.
What is a Discount Realtor or Discount Broker?
There is no such thing as a Discount REALTOR. This is a made up term meant to mislead you. Anytime you hear this term it should immediately raise a red flag. Dishonest people will suggest that anyone who charges a fee less than what they deem acceptable is a Discount Realtor, and therefore offer a lesser or limited service. This is wrong.
For there to be a discount there must first be a standard fee. There is no standard fee and there have been many lawsuits over this matter. Every agent or brokerage is free to charge any amount they choose. The focus needs to be on the service provided. Don’t be tricked or bamboozled – there is no such thing as a Discount REALTOR.

What is the NAR Settlement about? Do Sellers still pay the Buyer's REALTOR?
If the terms of the settlement are approved, Sellers would no longer be required to offer compensation to the Buyer’s Agent to be listed on the MLS. Additionally, the Buyer will have an agreement in place with their REALTOR that makes clear what services are provided and at what cost. The Buyer would be obligated to pay their REALTOR if the Seller does not, thus increasing the amount of money required at closing for the Buyer to purchase the property. Sellers will still have the option to offer compensation to the Buyer’s Agent but it cannot be advertised in the MLS.
We have always been ahead of the curve on commissions and this will be no exception. When using us, the Seller will have no obligation to offer the Buyer’s Agent compensation, but we do recommend it. Any of our agents can discuss the details and the possible impact this could have on the sale of your home with you further.
